Skip MX record

     In some cases it may be desireable to not have a 
MX record.  To do this, just add [no_mx] to the host 
file behind the comment character.  Here is an 
example of a host that would get its MX record 
skipped:

201.188.104.110   casper   # [no_mx] John Doe
