Skip all DNS records for this host

     In some cases it may be desireable to completely
skip all the DNS records for a given host in the host
file.  To do this, just add [no_dns] to the host file
behind the comment character.  Here is an example of
a host that would get all of its DNS records skipped:

201.188.104.120  panther  # [no_dns] Jane Doe
